Due to an extremely high demand for our service, DIAS has closed their waiting list for completing forms, mandatory reconsiderations and appeals until 18th April, however, this will be reviewed regularly. We apologise for this. In the meantime, we have guides to help you complete your own form, do a mandatory reconsideration or appeal. We will be holding a form checking service on a Tuesday morning between 10am and 12 noon to check the completed form. All other DIAS and EDA services are not affected.
